Recently, I finished my MS in the USA and moved to Germany where I am living & working.

I believe in thoughtful, holistic management and design decisions that get out of the way and empower people to accomplish more and bring value to the project. 

My past work includes ThyssenKrupp in the USA, a multicultural team work experience at Bechtel, and a bunch of management roles such as a business opportunity in Mozambique using Brazilian and Chinese expertises.
